TECHNOTEAM LMK IPED – Certified process control

Certified light and color measurement systems for traceable measurements in process control. The LMK IPED systems provide easy-handling and tough vision systems for process automation. Serveral sensors of TECHNOTEAM LMK series can be used. Their measurement data can be easily processed using configurable measurement sequences. - LMK Color Imaging Colorimeter Measurement Systeme (DIN5032, DIN 5033) - LMK Imaging Photometer Measurement Systeme (DIN5032) - LMK CFA Imaging RGB Measurement Systeme (RGB-based light and color measurement) The whole system can be set up as a stand-alone system providing different hardware interfaces, e.g. RS-232C, RS-488, TTL-IO, Profibus or TCP/IP. Alternatively, the system can be controlled using a programming interface. Aside photometrical and colorimetrical measurements, image processing algorithms allow the determination of geometrically information, e.g.: - Quality of prints, or symbols - Thickness of structures - Angles or position data
