OL426, 454/455/462 – Variable Low- and High-Level Radiance Standards

This Series of radiance standards is based on incandescend light sources which couple its radiation into an integrating sphere coated with PTFE to realize a uniform illumination.

Variable adjustment of the luminance level
The radiance (and luminance) can continuously be adjusted via a micrometer screw without changing the spectral distribution.

A photodiode is being used for continuous monitoring of the luminance level whereas the values are displayed onto the controller.

  • Serie OL426 - Variable standard for extreme low radiance (L 10E-6 cd/m² to 350 cd/m²)
  • Serie OL466 - Motorized version of the variable standard for extreme low radiance
  • Serie OL455 - Variable standard for high radiance (L up to 100,000 cd/m²)
  • Serie OL462 - Motorized version of the variable standard for high radiance

On- and Off-switching using ramps allow a stressles use of the incandescent lamps. The hours of use are monitored into the controller.
