Access Portals for Web Meetings
A Meeting-ID is needed for the access to the web meetings. This ID is either povided in advance via e-mail or can be obtained here. Please ask a responsible person of your IT department for help if the meeting portal is still blocked into your network structure.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams allows to particate at a meeting based onto an access link needed.
- Please request an access link by selecting the logo or the request-button.
- The sharing requires either a browser add-in or an installation of Microsoft Teams.

TeamViewer QuickJoin-Meeting
QuickJoin meetings of provider TeamViewer is a pure web-based viewer and do NOT allow any sight or interaction onto the desktop of the participants.
- Default option: The program for viewing the meeting will be downloaded and started
- Alternative option: Select "Browser version" for a view into the browser window using Java
